Micron Technology Begins Volume Shipment Of HBM4 36GB 12H In Q1 Of Calendar Year 2026 And Is Designed For NVIDIA Vera Rubin

Micron Technology has commenced volume shipments of its HBM4 36GB 12H memory, designed for NVIDIA's Vera Rubin, in Q1 2026, achieving over 2.8 TB/s bandwidth and 20% better power efficiency compared to HBM3E. Additionally, the company has introduced the Micron 9650 PCIe Gen6 SSD, which offers up to double the read performance of Gen5, optimized for AI workloads. Micron is also expanding its SOCAMM2 product line with a 192GB variant aimed at AI and HPC applications.
