MTI Wireless Edge Announces Acquisition of Interspec

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd. has announced the acquisition of Interspec, a distributor for its Mottech Water Solutions division, for a maximum consideration of approximately US$2.6 million, along with an additional US$1.2 million for business expansion. The deal includes a performance-contingent earn-out of between US$1.25 million and US$2.25 million. Interspec reported unaudited revenue of US$2.9 million and a profit before tax of US$0.4 million for the year ending December 31, 2025. MTI anticipates that this acquisition will enhance earnings and strengthen its market presence.
