North Atlantic France Increases Tender Offer Price for North Atlantic Energies SA

North Atlantic France raised its mandatory simplified tender offer for the remaining shares of North Atlantic Energies SA, formerly Esso S.A.F., to €75 per share. The company’s ad hoc committee is completing its review, including overseeing independent expert Ledouble SAS’s fairness opinion; the Board will then issue a reasoned opinion on the offer. The offer is expected to be filed with France’s AMF in November 2026.
