NervGen Doses First Participant In Phase 3 RESTORE Study Of NVG-291 For Chronic Cervical SCI; Enrollment Completion Expected In H2 2027, Topline Data In H1 2028

NervGen (NASDAQ: NGEN) has initiated the Phase 3 RESTORE study by dosing its first participant to evaluate NVG-291 for improving hand function and quality of life in chronic cervical motor-incomplete spinal cord injury patients. This study follows positive results from the Phase 1b/2a CONNECT SCI study and has received FDA alignment on its design. Enrollment is expected to be completed in the second half of 2027, with topline data anticipated in the first half of 2028.
