newcleo Completes Business Combination With NewHold Investment Corp III, Set To Begin Nasdaq Trading Under “NWCL” On September 22, 2026

newcleo has completed its business combination with NewHold Investment Corp III, providing $247 million in gross proceeds to support its growth in the U.S. and Europe, and to advance its lead-cooled fast reactor and MOX nuclear fuel production towards commercialization. The transaction, which valued newcleo at a pre-money equity value of approximately $2.4 billion, will see its ordinary shares begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol 'NWCL' on September 22, 2026. Additionally, newcleo has raised over $1 billion to date, including close to $20 million since the announcement of the Business Combination.
