NIOX Group Completes Tender Offer

NIOX Group plc has completed its tender offer, purchasing 15,625,000 ordinary shares at 80 pence per share, totaling approximately £12.5 million and representing 3.7% of its issued share capital. The substantial shareholder, Harwood Capital, participated in the offer, which was approved by independent directors as a fair related party transaction. Post-cancellation of the tendered shares, NIOX's total issued share capital will be 405,241,313 ordinary shares.
