ServiceNow reported Q3 2026 revenue of $4.106 billion, above the $4.095 billion FactSet consensus, while adjusted EPS of $1.00 missed analysts’ $1.02 estimate. Management attributed the earnings shortfall to lower interest income and higher debt costs. The company forecast Q4 subscription revenue of $4.245 billion to $4.255 billion and raised its full-year AI contract target to $1.7 billion.
