Novavax Earns $125 Million Milestone Payment from Sanofi

Novavax received a $125 million milestone payment from Sanofi after the fifth patient was dosed in a European Phase 3 trial of a combined influenza-COVID-19 vaccine for adults aged 60 and older. The payment is part of the companies’ existing collaboration and license agreement, which Novavax said has generated more than $1 billion in revenue to date.
