T-Mobile is piloting NVIDIA's RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition AI infrastructure to develop edge-based physical AI applications in collaboration with the City of San Jose and various industry partners. This initiative aims to enhance T-Mobile's distributed edge network by integrating reasoning and vision AI agents using the NVIDIA Metropolis Blueprint for video search and summarization. The collaboration also includes Nokia and focuses on transforming wireless networks into platforms for high-performance edge AI computing, supporting advanced 5G connectivity.
