OSR Holdings Signs Revised Global Licensing Deal For VXM01; BCME To Pay Up To $815M In Milestone Payments To OSR Holdings; To Provide Vaximm With Up To $30M Development Financing Facility

OSR Holdings, Inc. has signed a revised global licensing deal with BCM Europe AG for VXM01, replacing a previous agreement from January 2025. Under the new terms, BCME will pay OSR Holdings up to $815 million in milestone payments, while OSR will provide Vaximm with a development financing facility of up to $30 million. OSR Holdings will now serve as the primary recipient of payments under this arrangement.
