UiPath Expands Partnership With BDO To Build Agentic AI Solutions

UiPath, Inc. (NYSE:PATH) shares are up by about half a percent during Wednesday’s premarket session. On Tuesday, the company expanded its partnership with BDO USA to develop AI and business orchestration solutions for key enterprise functions. It includes risk management, controls transformation, enterprise compliance and other Office of the CFO activities. Expands BDO Partnership For Agentic Automation The companies will jointly develop AI agents designed to automate and oversee these functions. The collaboration includes Agentic Internal Audit Solution Accelerators aimed at modernizing IT Application Controls (ITAC) and IT General Controls (ITGC). The tools are designed to replace labor-intensive testing with agent-driven processes supported by professional reviews, while helping monitor controls, gather evidence, perform testing and identify exceptions more efficiently.
