Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc. (NYSE:PBH) on Friday announced a definitive agreement to acquire the Breathe Right brand for $1.045 billion. The deal will expand Prestige's consumer health portfolio. It adds a well-known brand that fits its long-term growth strategy.
