Puma Biotechnology Initiates ALISertib In CAncer Phase II Trial Of Alisertib In Combination With Paclitaxel For Treatment Of Patients With Advanced Small Cell Lung Cancer

Puma Biotechnology, Inc. (NASDAQ: PBYI) has initiated the ALISertib in CAncer (ALISCA®-Lung2) Phase II trial to evaluate alisertib in combination with paclitaxel for patients with advanced small cell lung cancer. The trial will enroll approximately 50 patients who have progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy and immunotherapy, focusing on the safety and tolerability of the treatment. Secondary endpoints will assess response rates, disease control, and survival metrics, while also evaluating clinical biomarkers for patient benefit.
