Adjusted earnings per share were $0.51, beating expectations of $0.45. The board authorized a new $300 million share repurchase program on October 30, replacing an expiring plan. Procore forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $421 million at the midpoint, above analyst projections of $395.2 million.
