PureCycle Technologies Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

PureCycle Technologies reported Q3 2026 revenue of $2.3 million, down from $4.5 million in the prior quarter, as operational issues limited PureFive® resin production to 5.2 million pounds. Net income was $6.9 million, including a $58.6 million non-cash gain from the change in warrant fair value, versus a $28.4 million net loss a year earlier; adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $28.0 million, slightly improved from $28.6 million. Delays involving a New Jersey food-contact exemption affected about 50 million pounds of expected annual volume. The company ended the quarter with $193 million in liquidity and began cost-reduction measures for Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.
