Perfect Corp. Announces Completion of Merger

Perfect Corp. has completed its merger with ProjectNY, controlled by Ms. Alice H. Chang, effective October 23, 2026. Following this transaction, the company's Class A ordinary shares have ceased trading on the NYSE, and shareholders are entitled to receive US$2.00 in cash per share. The company has also requested the suspension of trading, delisting of its shares, and deregistration of its securities under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
