Pfizer Inc. announced positive results from two Phase 3 trials, TRANQUILLO 2 and TRANQUILLO, demonstrating that LITFULO (ritlecitinib) significantly enhances facial and total body repigmentation in patients with nonsegmental vitiligo compared to placebo. The studies showed improvements in disease severity and stabilization, supported by patient-reported outcomes. Pfizer plans to submit the trial data to regulatory authorities globally, including the FDA and EMA.
