Progress Software Corp (NASDAQ: PRGS) reported third-quarter revenue of $246 million, a 2% decline year over year, while non-GAAP EPS increased by 13% to $1.69, and ARR rose 1% to $873 million. In pre-market trading, shares of Progress Software fell 2.3% to $39.05 following the earnings report. Overall, U.S. stock futures were mixed, with the Dow futures down approximately 200 points.
