PriceSmart Reports Fiscal 2026 Financial Results and Operational Updates

PriceSmart reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $5.88 billion, up 11.5%, and net income of $166.6 million. Fourth-quarter revenue increased 13.9% to $1.52 billion, with comparable sales growth of 12.2%. The company expanded to 59 warehouse clubs with its third Montego Bay, Jamaica, location and plans four more openings by spring 2027. PriceSmart delayed its RELEX forecasting and replenishment system rollout beyond its prior fiscal Q2 2027 completion target and has not set a new date.
