PZU SA Announces Intent to Merge with LINK4

PZU SA has announced its intention to merge with its subsidiary LINK4 Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń SA, transferring LINK4's entire assets to PZU without requiring a capital increase or changes to PZU's articles of association. The merger plan was agreed upon and published on May 29, 2026, and is pending approval from the general meetings of both companies, with an Extraordinary General Meeting for PZU scheduled for November 24, 2026.
