Robin Energy Announces LPG Vessel Acquisition

Robin Energy Ltd. announced on October 23, 2026, that it will acquire a 2015-built 5,000 cbm LPG Carrier from AI OKTO CORP. for $18 million. The transaction was approved by both companies' boards and involves a related party, as AI OKTO is controlled by Robin Energy's Chairman and CEO. The acquisition will be funded using cash on hand and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026, increasing Robin Energy's fleet to three LPG Carriers.
