RedCloud Enters 20-Year Platform License And Infrastructure Use Agreement And JV With Saudi Firm MJM AlKhaleej To Deploy Its RedAI Intelligent Trade Infrastructure In Saudi Arabia And Bahrain

On September 27, 2026, RedCloud Holdings plc and its subsidiary entered into a 20-year platform license and infrastructure usage agreement with Saudi firm MJM AlKhaleej to establish a joint venture for deploying RedCloud's RedAI intelligent trade infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The joint venture will have a 51% ownership by RedCloud UK and 49% by MJM, leveraging RedCloud's technology and MJM's market access. The Licensing Agreement allows RedCloud UK to provide AI infrastructure and services, with charges capped at 10% of eligible collected revenue per customer order.
