Bizzi & Partners is considering withdrawing from the Milano Santa Giulia project due to unmet closing conditions, raising concerns about the project's future and its impact on Risanamento's financial position. Lendlease and Bizzi had previously extended the deadline for these conditions from October 15 to December 18, 2026. The original agreement involved transferring Lendlease's stake in the Heartbeat fund, which holds development rights for Santa Giulia Nord, for a gross value of 250 million Australian dollars.
