RPM International Agrees To Acquire Volteco; Terms Not Disclosed

RPM International Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Volteco S.p.A., an Italian supplier of below-grade waterproofing solutions, to enhance its Tremco Construction Products Group. The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed, and the transaction is anticipated to close in the second quarter of fiscal 2027, pending customary closing conditions.
