Russel Metals Announces 2026 Third Quarter Financial Results

Russel Metals reported record third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.8 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $230 million and adjusted earnings per share of $2.67. Gross margins improved 330 basis points from the second quarter; annualized return on capital was 35% for the quarter and 27% year to date. The company completed the sale of its Color Steels subsidiary and reported $418 million in liquidity.
