Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: RYET) has signed a definitive agreement to grant BioNexus Gene Lab Corp. (NASDAQ: BGLC) an exclusive license for its Cogni AI document-intelligence platform for the healthcare sector in Malaysia. The agreement includes a reciprocal share exchange, with RYET receiving 560,000 shares of BGLC, and a 10% royalty on qualifying technology receipts collected by BGLC and its affiliates. This partnership marks RYET's expansion into a new market outside of China.
