Banco Santander Reports Q3 2026 Results and UK AI Deployment

Banco Santander reported third-quarter 2026 underlying net profit of €3.85 billion, up 19% year over year, while net interest income rose approximately 12%. AI deployed in its UK and Spanish operations has automated about 240,000 card-related calls annually and freed 45,000 work hours.
