Grupo Simec Announces Results of Operations for the First Nine Months of 2026

Grupo Simec reported net sales of Ps. 24,569 million for the first nine months of 2026, up 10% year over year, as finished-steel shipments rose 14% despite a 4% decline in average sales prices. Net income increased 428% to Ps. 4.03 billion, largely reflecting Ps. 923 million in comprehensive financial income versus a Ps. 2.23 billion cost a year earlier. The company also reported third-quarter sequential margin compression as prices fell and costs rose.
