SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC) has announced the sale of its interests in the Dividend Trust Portfolio joint venture for net proceeds of approximately $32.4 million. Additionally, the Company's Board of Directors declared a special cash distribution of $3.00 per common share, payable on November 5, 2026, to shareholders of record as of October 27, 2026.
