SKK Holdings Limited has completed its asset purchase agreement with Rantizo, Inc., valued at approximately $258.8 million, acquiring Rantizo's drone assets for agricultural and commercial applications. Following the transaction, SKK Holdings will change its name to 'Rantizo,' with its Class A ordinary shares expected to trade on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol 'RNTZ' starting October 13, 2026.
