Sky Quarry Inc (NASDAQ: SKYQ) shares surged 12.20% to $2.85 following the approval of an air permit from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, enabling the restart of the Eagle Springs crude oil refinery. The facility, which underwent $300,000 in repairs, can process up to 5,000 barrels of crude daily and currently holds about 15,000 barrels in storage. Interim CEO Marcus Laun emphasized the significance of this milestone for increasing Nevada's refined fuel supply.
