Southland Holdings Receives Notice To Proceed On Three Projects Totaling ~ $118M Through A Subsidiary In Its Civil Segment, Oscar Renda Contracting

Southland Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLND) has received notice to proceed on three projects totaling approximately $118 million through its subsidiary, Oscar Renda Contracting. The projects include a $48 million data center project, a $40 million pump station expansion for Coastal Water Authority, and a $30 million reservoir pump station for the City of Cape Coral, all expected to be completed between 2026 and 2027. These projects will contribute to Southland's backlog for the fourth quarter of 2025.
