Stabilis GDS, a subsidiary of Stabilis Solutions, has terminated a 10-year LNG supply agreement that covered approximately 50 million gallons of LNG per year, which was about 40% of the planned capacity for its Galveston liquefaction facility. The termination was due to unsuccessful negotiations regarding modifications to the agreement necessary for securing project financing. Consequently, the company anticipates delays in the final investment decision and development timeline for the facility, while continuing to seek alternative offtake arrangements.
