Summit Therapeutics has announced a clinical trial collaboration with the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group to conduct a Phase II/III study (EA2251) evaluating ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy for advanced biliary tract cancer (BTC). The study will compare ivonescimab with standard immunotherapy options, pembrolizumab or durvalumab, and aims to enroll patients in the U.S., with activation of clinical trial sites expected to begin in Q4 2026.
