SanDisk Showcases iNAND AT EU752 Automotive Embedded Flash

SanDisk has introduced its iNAND AT EU752 automotive UFS 4.1 embedded flash, utilizing 218-layer BiCS8 3D NAND technology. This new product is designed for extreme temperature operations from -40°C to 105°C and is AEC-Q100 certified for automotive reliability. It features SmartSLC technology, providing 2.8x faster read speeds and 2.5x faster write speeds compared to the prior UFS 3.1 generation.
