SanDisk Showcases New Automotive and Enterprise NAND Flash Solutions

SanDisk has launched the iNAND AT EU752, an automotive UFS 4.1 embedded flash solution utilizing 218-layer BiCS8 3D NAND technology, designed for extreme temperature ranges and AEC-Q100 certified. The company also introduced the SN861 NVMe drive for enterprise applications, which offers high read throughput and Flexible Data Placement for enhanced lifespan. Additionally, SanDisk showcased BiCS8 enterprise-grade QLC NAND with capacities up to 8TB, targeting AI data storage and data lake infrastructure.
