Republican Senator Thom Tillis has called for a Pentagon inspector-general investigation into disruptions of Ukraine's Starshield satellite access, suggesting it may be a strategic error rather than a technical failure. He expressed concerns that these disruptions could put Ukrainian civilians and American personnel at risk. The White House is also facing scrutiny over the restrictions, with reports indicating that the order may have originated there, although a senior U.S. official denied President Trump personally requested it.
