Sequans Communications Announces Preliminary Unaudited Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Sequans Communications reported preliminary unaudited third-quarter 2026 revenue of $9.1 million, up 21.9% sequentially and 182.8% year over year. Gross margin rose to 33.0%, compared with 32.9% in the prior quarter and 25.3% a year earlier. Operating loss narrowed to $1.0 million from $7.2 million in the second quarter and $24.4 million in the third quarter of 2025. CEO Georges Karam cited continued growth in the core IoT semiconductor business and progress toward profitability.
