Surf Air Mobility Adds Second OperatorOS Customer With SkyDance Air

Surf Air Mobility Inc. (NYSE:SRFM) shares are trading higher on Wednesday. The company entered into a definitive agreement with SkyDance Air for OperatorOS, its SurfOS flight operations software designed for Part 135 operators and powered by Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ:PLTR). SkyDance, the second-largest single-fleet operator of Cirrus Vision Jets in North America, currently operates three aircraft and plans to expand to approximately 10 aircraft in 2027. Signs OperatorOS Contract With Skydance Air Under the agreement, Surf Air Mobility will receive a percentage of revenue generated from all SkyDance flights managed through OperatorOS. The agreement marks Surf Air Mobility’s second commercial OperatorOS contract and supports its target of having five operators using the platform by the end of 2026. Surf Air Mobility said the agreement advances the commercialization of SurfOS across private aviation and advanced air mobility. Its BrokerOS, OperatorOS and OwnerOS products connect brokers, operators and aircraft owners on a single platform designed to improve data-driven efficiency and replace fragmented software systems. OperatorOS manages aircraft and crew scheduling, flight management, reporting and distribution for Part 135 operators. The platform has powered Surf Air Mobility’s Southern Airways and Mokulele Airlines operations since 2025 and was recently approved by the Federal Aviation Administration as an authorized system of record for electronic signatures and recordkeeping. SRFM Technical Analysis: Key Levels And Momentum From a trend perspective, the stock is still trying to repair longer-term damage after falling 82.74% over the past 12 months, but the current premarket pop is pushing it further above its shorter moving averages. At 86 cents, SRFM is trading about 39.9% above its 20-day SMA (64 cents) and about 24.5% above its 50-day SMA (72 cents), while sitting about 2.8% below its 100-day SMA (92 cents) and about 36.3% below its 200-day SMA ($1.40). Momentum is improving: MACD is above its signal line and the histogram is positive, which typically means downside pressure is easing versus the prior downswing. That said, the bigger-picture moving-average structure is still a headwind, with the 20-day SMA below the 50-day SMA and a longer-term "death cross" (50-day below 200-day) that formed in December 2025. The next technical test is whether buyers can reclaim the 100-day area and then start compressing the gap to the 200-day, because that’s where longer-term trend followers often look for confirmation. On the downside, holding above the 50-day zone matters because it’s been acting like a nearer-term "line in the sand" for this rebound attempt.
