Stagwell Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Raises Full-Year Guidance

Stagwell reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $816 million, up 10% year over year, and net revenue of $664 million, up 8%. Adjusted EPS rose 42% to $0.34, while adjusted EBITDA increased 25% to $145 million; the company also secured $168 million in net new business, including a major multi-agency deal with ServiceNow, its first major federal contract, and an expanded Palantir partnership. Stagwell raised full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance to $490 million–$540 million and adjusted EPS guidance to $1.07–$1.21.
