Studsvik and ReNu Industries Partner to Bring inDRUM Waste Treatment Technology to Fukushima

Studsvik and ReNu Industries have partnered to introduce Studsvik's inDRUM waste treatment technology to Fukushima, Japan, aiming to support the local nuclear supply chain and accelerate decommissioning efforts. ReNu Industries, a start-up founded in 2025, will utilize this technology to process radioactive waste. This initiative is part of Studsvik's international strategy to enhance technical services for nuclear facility decommissioning and waste management.
