SVRN Receives Nasdaq Delisting Determination

SVRN, Inc. (formerly OceanPal Inc.) said Nasdaq issued a delisting determination on October 30, 2026, after the company missed the October 27 deadline to file its 2025 Form 20-F. The company plans to request a hearing and an extended stay while it continues an SEC accounting consultation. Management said the filing delay does not affect its validator, staking, or FastNEAR network infrastructure operations.
