Shearwater Group Secures £9.2 Million Cybersecurity Contract Expansion

Shearwater Group subsidiary Brookcourt Solutions secured a three-year contract expansion worth approximately £9.2 million with a major UK telecommunications provider. The deal extends existing cybersecurity services, expands deployment across the customer’s operations and adds a cloud security contract replacing an incumbent provider. About £3 million is expected to be recognized in the 2027 financial year, with the remaining value providing revenue visibility through October 2029.
