Swarmer Signs Nonbinding MOU With Vectus Air Defense Systems For Deployment Of Up To 120 Air Defense Systems Priced At $5M–$6M Per Unit

Swarmer, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWMR) has signed a nonbinding memorandum of understanding with Vectus Air Defense Systems to manufacture and deploy up to 120 air defense systems, priced between $5 million and $6 million each. Swarmer plans to establish a manufacturing facility in Poland, with Vectus committing to purchase at least 40 systems in the first year and 80 or more in the second year. The systems will utilize Gatling-type rotary cannons for defense against threats, aiming to reduce costs compared to traditional missile systems.
