Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TGL) has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire a 51% stake in Mestiz Century Logic Sdn Bhd for $38 million. Mestiz Century Logic specializes in cloud-based smart water metering technology and digital water management solutions. The agreement includes a 120-day exclusivity period for due diligence and negotiation of a definitive agreement, with the acquisition subject to regulatory and board approvals.
