Thyssenkrupp to List Materials Division TK Accelis on October 28

Thyssenkrupp AG is set to list its materials division, TK Accelis, on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on October 28, 2026. Shareholders will receive one TK Accelis share for every 20 Thyssenkrupp shares held as of the spin-off date, October 27. Thyssenkrupp will maintain a 51% majority stake in TK Accelis, as part of CEO Miguel Lopez's strategy to transform the company into a financial holding entity managing majority stakes in independent businesses.
