TMD Energy Limited Reports Audited Financial Results for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2026

TMD Energy Limited reported fiscal 2026 revenue of approximately $545.0 million, down 10.2% from $606.7 million a year earlier. Gross profit fell 79.3% to about $3.1 million, while the company recorded a net loss of $19.1 million, compared with a $3.6 million loss in the prior year. Operating results shifted to a $12.9 million loss from $3.9 million in operating income. Management attributed lower bunkering revenue mainly to reduced sales volumes amid geopolitical uncertainty and tariff-related trade disruptions.
