TriNet Announces Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

TriNet reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.2 billion, down 5% year over year, while professional service revenue fell 7% to $157 million. Net income declined to $31 million, or $0.65 per diluted share, from $34 million, or $0.70, a year earlier; adjusted net income was $44 million, or $0.94 per share, versus $55 million, or $1.11. The company said earnings exceeded its forecast, customer retention improved, and new sales returned to year-over-year growth. TriNet now expects earnings per share at the top end of its previously issued guidance range.
