First Tracks Biotherapeutics' ANB033 Demonstrates Statistically Significant Histologic And Symptom Benefits In Phase 1b Celiac Disease Trial

First Tracks Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRAX) reported positive results from its Phase 1b trial of ANB033 for celiac disease, demonstrating statistically significant benefits in both histologic and symptom endpoints compared to placebo. The LS mean change in Vh:Cd ratio was -0.17 for ANB033 versus -0.66 for placebo, with a placebo-adjusted delta of +0.49 (p=0.009). Additionally, ANB033 prevented an increase in symptoms during the gluten challenge, showing a lower CDSD score from the first day. The treatment was well tolerated with no safety concerns reported to date.
