Eli Lilly Takes 19.9% Stake In TRex Bio With 5.48M Shares, Investing $12.3M In IPO

Eli Lilly has acquired a 19.9% stake in TRex Bio by purchasing 5,480,872 shares of Common Stock, which includes shares from the conversion of Series A and B redeemable convertible preferred stock as well as shares bought in the IPO at $14.00 per share. The total investment amounts to approximately $12.3 million. The shares were purchased using cash on hand.
